A lubrication distribution block, also known as a divider block or lubrication manifold, is a component in a centralized lubrication system that takes lubricant from a single pump and divides it into precise, measured amounts to be delivered to multiple lubrication points on a machine. These blocks are essential for ensuring consistent and accurate lubrication to various components, which prevents equipment failure, reduces manual labor, and extends the life of the machinery. A progressive distributor is a component in a lubrication system that sequentially delivers a precise volume of lubricant (oil or grease) to multiple points on a machine. As the input lubricant moves through the distributor, it activates a series of pistons in sequence, each discharging a specific amount of lubricant before the next piston can move. This progressive activation ensures that all connected lubrication points are supplied with lubricant and allows for system monitoring, as a blockage at any point will stop the entire distributor from functioning. 

How It Works
Single Input, Multiple Outputs: 
The block receives lubricant from a single pump and channels it into internal passages.  
Metering & Distribution: 
Inside the block, precisely engineered pistons or valves dose and distribute the lubricant. In a progressive system, these pistons move in a specific sequence, with each piston only discharging lubricant after the one before it has completed its cycle.  
Delivery to Points: 
The lubricant is then sent out through multiple ports to various lubrication points, such as bearings, gears, and other moving parts.
